What Happens Next?
  • Your EnviPulse account access will be terminated.
  • All personally identifiable information (PII) linked to your account will be permanently deleted.
  • Sensor/satellite data may be anonymized and retained for environmental research and service improvement, but will no longer be linked to you.
  • The process typically takes 15 business days to complete.
Data Retention

In some cases, we are legally required to retain certain financial or operational records for a specific period, even after deletion. We will strictly limit the use of this retained data to fulfilling legal obligations only.

Submit Your Request

To ensure security and verify your identity, account deletion requests must be submitted via the email associated with your account.

Send an email with the subject "ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST" to:

You must include your full name and the email address linked to the EnviPulse account in the body of the email.
